About the Service
Poi Rewards (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the Poi Rewards mobile application (“App”), an Ad Supported rewards platform that allows users to earn points and redeem them for cash payouts or gift cards by completing tasks, playing games, taking surveys, and participating in referral programs.
The App, including all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, belongs to Poi Rewards. You are not permitted to:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the source code
Translate or create derivative versions of the App
Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
Eligibility
To use Poi Rewards, you must:
Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by law in your country)
Have a valid email address
Provide accurate and truthful registration information
Have a compatible Android device with an active internet connection
By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and terminate accounts that do not comply.
Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
We recommend you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this may compromise security and affect app functionality
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at app@poireward.com
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we detect suspicious activity or policy violations.
Rewards & Points System
Points are earned by completing eligible tasks, surveys, games, offers, and referral activities within the App
Points have no cash value outside of the Poi Rewards redemption system
Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or exchanged between accounts
Poi Rewards reserves the right to adjust point values, earning rates, and reward offerings at any time without prior notice
Points may expire if your account has been inactive for 180 consecutive days
We reserve the right to correct any errors in point balances, including deducting incorrectly credited points
Withdrawals & Payouts
The minimum withdrawal amount is as displayed in the App at the time of your request
Payout methods currently available include:
PayPal
Cryptocurrency (Litecoin)
Gift cards via Reloadly, including: Amazon, Google Play, Netflix, Spotify, Uber, Razer Gold, and PUBG Mobile
Gift card availability is subject to your region and Reloadly’s supported countries. Not all gift cards may be available in all regions
Payout processing times vary by method and are estimates only — we do not guarantee specific processing times
All payout information you provide (PayPal email, wallet address, etc.) must be accurate. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or accounts provided by you
Poi Rewards reserves the right to withhold or reverse payouts if fraud or policy violations are suspected
All payouts are subject to verification. We may request identity verification before processing withdrawals
Gift cards are fulfilled through Reloadly and are subject to their respective issuer’s terms. Poi Rewards is not responsible for gift card issuer restrictions, expiry, or regional limitations
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Please double-check wallet addresses before submitting withdrawal requests
Referral Program
You may earn rewards by referring new users to Poi Rewards using your unique referral code
Referral rewards are only credited when the referred user completes the required qualifying actions as specified in the App
Self-referrals (referring yourself using alternate accounts or devices) are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances
Poi Rewards reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time
Referral rewards may be withheld if we determine they were obtained through fraudulent means
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Create multiple accounts to gain additional rewards
Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or any other fraudulent means to earn points
Manipulate surveys, tasks, or offers in any way
Use VPNs, proxies, or location spoofing to access restricted offers
Exploit bugs or errors in the App to gain unfair rewards
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App or other users
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Sell, trade, or transfer your account or points to another person
Violations of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all accumulated points and pending payouts, and may result in legal action where applicable.
Account Suspension & Termination
Poi Rewards reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Suspected fraud or abuse
Inactivity exceeding 180 days
Provision of false or misleading information
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against us
Upon termination, all accumulated points and pending rewards are forfeited and will not be paid out. The rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end immediately.

Poi Rewards is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Payment Processors
Payouts are processed through third-party payment providers including PayPal, Litecoin blockchain networks, and Reloadly for gift card fulfillment. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Poi Rewards is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processing, including delays, fees, or account restrictions imposed by the payment provider.
All logos and trademarks of payment providers and gift card brands displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners. Poi Rewards is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these brands.
Advertising
Poi Rewards is an Ad Supported app. By using the App, you agree to receive advertisements served by third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed within the App.
Internet & Device Requirements
Certain features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
We are not responsible for the App not functioning if you lack connectivity
Mobile data charges from your network provider are your own responsibility, including roaming charges
If you are not the account holder for your mobile plan, you confirm you have permission to use data on that plan
Keep your device charged — we accept no responsibility for service interruption due to device issues
App Updates & Availability
Poi Rewards reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice
We may require you to download updates to continue using the App
System requirements may change with updates
We do not guarantee the App will always be compatible with your device’s operating system version
We may terminate the App or any feature at any time. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end and you must stop using and delete the App
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Poi Rewards does not warrant that:
The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
Rewards or offers from third-party providers will always be available
Information provided through the App is always accurate or complete
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poi Rewards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of points, failed payouts due to third-party issues, or account termination. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of rewards paid to you in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with us at app@poireward.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to Poi Rewards’ place of operation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
