Follow the steps below to request deletion of your Poi Rewards account and associated personal information.
Deletion request
Before you send your request
Deleting your account is permanent. You may lose your points balance, reward history, referral status and access to the account. Please redeem any eligible rewards you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the address connected to your Poi Rewards account.
- Use the subject line “Delete my Poi Rewards account.”
- Include your account email or user ID and clearly confirm that you want the account deleted.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
After verification, we will delete or de-identify information associated with your account, except data we must retain for legal compliance, transaction records, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution. Those records will be kept only as long as required for those purposes.
Processing: We aim to complete valid requests within the period required by applicable law. You will receive confirmation when the request has been processed.
